Tomas is a very hard working individual he is trustworthy and thorough, ensuring to look at the small things that matter, the things that make the difference on a job the difference between a skilled man and an artisan is a few minutes extra care and Tomas takes those extra minutes to make sure the job is not only done but done well, paying close attention to small details Tomas is not cheap but you pay for what you get, if you want a job doing and you want it doing well and right first time then employ Tomas and he cleans up afterwards! If you ever hired a contractor, you probably know what usually happens: cost and schedule creep up; the contractor disappears midway through the job, to return in a week; in the end, you get a crude caricature to the project that you have originally envisioned. You ask yourself: is there a guy, who is committed to his word, takes pride in his work, and delivers a quality result? As for me, I found one. Tomas did two large jobs for me. Both times he gave me a hard estimate and then stuck to it. Moreover, one time he even volunteered to reduce the price of a job for me, when he found a way to avoid doing one item on the original list without compromising on the result!
Tomas arrived promptly at 8 am every day, and worked hard until dark. The result was fabulous in both cases! Visitors compliment us on our marvelous new Patio. The second job finally solved the problem that we had for years and that three previous contractors could not fix: our cellar no longer leaks.

"We recently employed Tomas to renovate the bathroom in our apartment. We removed the existing bath and replaced it with a full shower and retailed both the shower and floor of the bathroom.
We chose the tiling ourselves but Tomas helped us through the process advising us as to what would work and what was not the best choice. I had chosen a pretty polished marble or travertine tile for the base but he advised me that, although it would look great, it was really not a suitable choice for the base. We worked together to make the suitable choice look interesting.

This is a brief note to summaries the completion of our en suite bathroom that was completed by Happy House Property Maintenance.
After several weeks of research and discussions with a number of people we decided to contract the renovation for our en suite to Tomas. Right from the first meeting with Tomas we were impressed with his ideas, suggestions, and willingness to assist us in the complete change we were looking for. We found Tomas to be very punctual, polite, and thorough in all aspects of his job. From the tear down and removal of the existing fixtures, floor, mirrors and counter top to the completion of the roughed in plumbing, tile work, mirrors etc. Tomas was also very helpful in suggesting various suppliers of the finishing material we needed which helped us save a considerable amount of money.
